THE CAT GANG II

Hi i am suzy and i am the oldest member of the cat gang i am 18 years old.

my days of running around are long gone now but every once in a while i like to have a little run up the hall. I love chicken and if mum is cooking it i bug her until i get some i like to think i can do any thing with me been so old even getting on the table when mum and the kids are eating and i always end up back on the floor. I don't play much with the other cats as they don't like my games (silly young cats) i have my favourite chair and no one can move me out of it if they do i will just bug them until i get it back and i don't let up until they do. Well, you don't think getting to this age gives me right's do you well i can tell you it does. I don't go out much now i will only go out if it is nice and sunny and that's just so i can lay in the warm sun i like to do that. Most of my day is just spent sleeping and waking up for something to eat and then back to my nap. We don't get many sunny day living here in England it just seems to rain most of the time and there is no way i will go out in that well all this chatting has made me very tired so i will chat later it was nice to meet you all...
sadly suzy is no longer with us she passed away to rainbow bridge very sadly missed by all the family sleep well my princess all our love for ever until we meet again.

Hi my name is lulu and i am very happy to meet you all as you can see i am another tortie and the sister of purdy. I am not like my sister i am very quiet for a trotie but i like it that mum often says i am trying to kill her because i like to get lots of cuddles and if i see mum walking into the kitchen i will jump up in front of her but with so many sister how else is she going to see me and she must not mind that much as i always get lots of love and kiss `s.

I like to play out side a lot but i don `t like the cats coming here to get feed one of them mum calls roger the lodger i just love to run after him but mum always tells me off (well he lives over the barn not here.)

I love to sleep on any clothes or towels especially ones just from the drying thing they are always warm and soft i am sure mum is doing a load of washing to day so i should go and wait for them to be folded and put on the top of the draws so i can get some sleep.

Hi to you all my name is poppy. I was hit by a car about 5 years ago and this human tuck me to the vets they must have been nice humans to do that. My back legs were not good but no bones broken just one will not stay in the socket and it keeps popping out that's how i got my name poppy.

I was one of mums foster cats and i had been living with mum for about a year as no one wanted me but mum said never mind someone special will come along soon. But i thought no way and i love living here. Some humans came to see me and they said they would love to give me a good new home so off i went. I was very upset with my mum but she gave me a kiss and said i would be very happy. well, BOY WAS SHE WRONG but would she listen no. When i got to the new house i found they had a big dog and i was very scared so i found a hole and i just hid i could hear the humans shouting for me but i was not going to come out so they had to call for mum. My mum came but i was still very upset with her and i would not come out of the floor boards so mum had to pull them up as soon as i heard mum say she will just have to come home and stay with me i was up out of there like a shot and straight into the cat box ready to go home and black from the dust.

I have often heard my mum say it just goes to show that cats choose who they want to live with and not humans. I have my favourite spot on the bed on top of mums head and no one is aloud to sleep there and boy you should see mums hair first thing in the morning as i love to paddle it all night long. Well i must go and see if mum is ready for bed

Hi my name is jess and tasha is my sister we don't play together as much as we used to i guess we are getting old. My mum says i am a very vocal cat (well why have a voice and not use it). I do love to call for mum and i love to jump up and have a big love but i must remember to let mum know first mums been very sad because my little brother had to go and be a cat angel. I think we all miss him i loved to play with mr jinx and one of our best games was running as fast as we could up and down the hall and boy it made mum laugh but its not much fun doing it on my own toffee likes to play this game with me but he is a bit to fat and cannot keep up with me. I am not that fond of getting groomed but mum will insist on doing it if i hear her open the draw (the grooming draw) i will be off straight through the cat flap. Mum got wise to this and she now lock's it before she opens the draw (silly mum) but what i do is i play fight the brush and this makes mum play all the more (but don't tell her) so i don't get groomed. Well i feel like a good run so i am off to find fat man toffee bye for now

Hello to all you cat loving people out there. My name is tasha and i am 4 years old i love to playing with my cat toys and when mum has cat nip i just have to have it. silly mum thinks if she put `s it in the draw i cannot get it. But clever cats like me no how to open the draw. so mum now keeps it in her car and i will just have to find a way of opening that too or i will just wait until she gets the car keys and run like hell and jump in before she knows i am there.

My favourite place has be in the airing cupboard every time mum go `s to get a towel i will run like hell and get in there and i will not come back out [mind you i have been locked in a few times) so mum always leaves the door open. I love to play out in the barn next to my home but one day i went investigating as us cats do and i fell head first in to the silage pit and i was very ill mum had to bath me which i did not like but she saved my life and boy you can bet i don `t go there any more i have told my sisters and brothers not to go there as well. Well, i have to be going as i can hear mum looking for a towel and its time for me to have my nap i wonder if she brings me some cat nip home today...............

Hi linus here well i am having fun getting to know all the parts of my new home. It is fun playing with the other cats but i do miss mr jinx. We were best of friends and did every thing together. The other cat members are good but they don't like to play much. Misty will play with me and so will sooty and carla but the other lot just won't play.
I had very bad ear's a few weeks back as both my ear drum's had burst and it made me feel very dizzy i could not stand on my own 4 paws and i would keep falling over it gave mum a fright when she saw me and yes off to the cat doctors i went (don't like to go there). I am ok now though and like i said very happy to be living with my new family. I love to sleep on the bed at night but i have to wait until i can find a spot to call my own as every one likes to sleep on mum's bed but she always finds me a nice warm spot to go.
I came here with 5 brothers and 7 sisters but they all found good loving homes but for some reason nobody wanted me but i think mum is glad as she got to keep me. I do love to get lots of love's and mum is always there to give it to me. well i have to go and have my tea so i will be back to let you know how i am getting on
